Job Description
Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: CEO
Objective:
Provide recruitment support to the CEO and participate in specific projects doing market studies and marketing actions.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
· Post job openings when needed on specific job boards (Careerbuilder, Facebook, AccurJobs, Craigslist, Backpage, etc…)
· Filter and pre select resumes
· Search for relevant people on resume databases and online networking tools (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Facebook, Viadeo, MySpace…)
· Coordinate the recruitment process (Answer candidates emails, reformat resumes and documents, sort resumes, answer the phone, schedule appointments)
· Do phone and live interviews with entry to mid level management candidates
· Participate in some networking events
· And other recruitment duties…
Projects
· Help develop the business in other markets
· Prepare market studies for the US and for Latin America
· Participate in building Online and Offline relevant partnerships
· And other projects…
Requirements:
· Perfect communication skills (Writing and speaking)
· VERY passionate about Internet
· VERY proficient with MS Office (mainly Word and Excel)
· Very organized
· Interested in business news in general (in Luxury Goods industries a plus)
· Well rounded and very detail oriented
· Good presentation and communication skills
· UP-TO-DATE US work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, H1B Visa,…)
Compensation:
· $30k to $35k depending on experience
