Our client for this position is a worldwide leader in the Luxury Goods industry (Fragrances and Cosmetics). This opening is for their office dedicated to Latin American and Travel Retail.

 

Job Description

 

Title: Account Executive – Caribbean          

Location: Miami, FL

Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Territory: Caribbean Islands

 

Summary:

·         Participates in the commercial development of the Caribbean region

·         Manages all aspects related to his/her assigned clients while working effectively in the team

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Achievement of the budgeted turnover and the operating result for the year for assigned clients

·         Order preparation and follow up

·         Quantity forecasts revision

·         POS follow-up: sales, space, transparencies, merchandising, stocks, POSM

·         Advertising and Promotions: define the yearly marketing plan of each client and make sure of its application while assuring a close follow up on the A&P budget

·         Trainings: follow up of the needs; organization and support; conduct trainings (when required by the Training department)

·         Gathering of information from the markets / clients

·         Transmit Information to the clients: new items, discontinued items, corporate guidelines, etc.

·         Motivation of the clients and the sales force

 

Goals:

·         To achieve sales targets

·         To optimize the profitability of the animations & training actions

·         To manage assigned budget to achieve business goals

·         To get a high degree of motivation & satisfaction of the brand managers and salesgirls

·         To develop and provide timely and accurate meeting minutes containing main points and key agreements discussed with clients in each visit

 

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in sales, preferably in the Luxury goods industry

·         Business degree at undergraduate level

·         Fluent in English, Spanish AND FRENCH

·         Organization skills

·         Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills at intermediate or higher level

·         Valid US Work Permit

·         Ability to travel extensively 50%

·         Occasional long, irregular hours

 

 

Compensation:

·         Base salary between $45k and $50k depending on experience

·         Full benefits package
