Our client for this position is the South Florida operation of a worldwide leader in providing Technical Support to Aircrafts.
Job Description
Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: Regional Controller
Positions supervised: None
Objective:
Covering the whole scope of controlling with many areas of improvement in monitoring company’s performance (margins, inventory, cash…). Ideal for a very business oriented corporate finance professional able to participate in in-depth analysis as well as client negotiation.
Main Responsibilities:
· Budgeting profit Centers (3 year plan, Yearly budgets, short-term forecast…)
· Cash monitoring and forecasting
· Supporting the monthly closing by supporting Accounting for proper allocation.
· Monthly and quarterly reporting on production cost, variable margins, inventories, cash, pricing and relevant KPIs.
· Variance analysis in all areas
· Providing on demand analysis on the performance of any business line, program or product range.
· Daily follow up on revenues and margin trends, daily/weekly follow-up of inventories
· Risk monitoring
· Participating in costing and pricing of full support multi-year contracts.
· Interface to IT systems for set up
· Heavy involvement in yearly external legal auditing
Requirements:
· Bachelor minimum in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
· 5 years relevant previous experience in a Manufacturing environment
· Excellent knowledge of SAP
· Strong skills in cash management
· Very strong with MS Office, Excel in particular
· Great communication skills at any level in engineering, production and sales
· English (Spoken and written),
· Spanish (Spoken is a minimum)
· French (Spoken and/or written appreciated)
· Up-to-date US work permit (Citizenship, Green Card or H1B only)
Compensation:
· Base salary between $60k and $75k depending on experience
· Bonus around 10%
· Full benefits package
