Our client for this position is a worldwide leader in the Luxury Goods (Fragrances and Cosmetics) industry. This opening is for their office dedicated to Latin American and Travel Retail.
Job Description
Title: Account Executive
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: Senior Area Sales Manager
Territory: North America
Positions supervised: N/A
Objective:
Responsible of giving a field support to the Senior Area Sales Manager and improve the Sell-Through on all of the account of the territory (North America Travel Retail)
Main Responsibilities:
· Inventory control on each Point of Sales
· Manager new product launches and promotional events
· Hire, train and develop all Beauty Advisors.
· Generate and execute incentives and contest for the Sales Associates
· Supervise and execute merchandising guidelines consistently throughout the region.
· Train clients’ sales force on sell-out techniques, customer service and product knowledge.
· Together with the Area Manager, develop business strategies for the accounts and analyze sales results.
· Develop strong relationships with clients and their sales force at point of sale.
· Update reports (sell out, sell in and Beauty Advisors) on a monthly basis.
· Visit store frequently according to their volume and needs. Travel 30 to 40%.
Requirements:
· Four year degree
· Fluent English. Spanish a plus.
· Strong business and analytical skills
· Strong knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry
· Strong motivator of people; able to build teams
· Ability to build strong customer relationships
· Training skills a plus
· Up-to-date US work permit
Compensation:
· Base salary around $45k to $50k depending on experience
· Bonus to be negotiated and depending on experience.
