Job Description
Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: International Businessman
This opportunity is meant to be for someone who is comfortable managing the daily administrative operations of a 1 person office when the owner is travelling (most of the time). We are looking for an experienced and very autonomous Executive Assistant.
Objective:
· Support the owner in a very wide range of administrative duties.
· Able to work independently with little or no supervision
· Must be well organized, able to interact with employee, business partners and clients at all levels
· Establish and adjust travel arrangements.
· Filing and sorting.
· Enter expenses on QuickBooks.
· Prepare forms and documentation upon request; may include researching data through Internet or other resources.
· Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
· Creating and adapting PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
· 2+ years experience supporting at the executive level.
· Very autonomous and well organized
· Flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with high professionalism and confidentiality
· Able to organize his/her own work and other related offices issues
· Strategic and tactful
· Good listening skills
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Fluent in English & French. Spanish a plus
Compensation:
· $50k to $60k annual base gross salary depending on experience
· Yearly bonus
