Our client for this position is a very well known luxury and consumer goods company. The position will be for their Broward County office
Job Description
Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: South Broward County, Florida, USA
Responsibilities:
· Process and route 15-20 creative requests weekly to creative departments in Corporate Office based on volume. Continuously follow up with creative to ensure deadlines are met.
· Coordinate with local supplier production & distribution of promotional materials for HPP (High Profile Promotions) & SPP’s (Small Profile Promotions).
· Use Adobe Photoshop to create HPP & SPP simulations of new launches to present to clients for space approval. Complete 15+ renderings in a twelve month span.
· In house creation & production of promotional/GWP (Gift with Purchase) countercards for The Americas using Adobe Photoshop.
· Create planograms for global retail partners on marketing direction and retail sales data. Complete 50+ planograms annually.
· Maintain database of global product library and planograms. Continuously update library with new product launches. Add new product visuals by scanning and retouching for final use in planograms. Distribute product library to Asia Pacific with new update
· Use Business Objects on a monthly basis to run key forecasting and sales reports. Create and analyze reports. Run 4+ reports on a monthly basis. Monitor GTG (Travel Retail Exclusives) performance closely to avoid short shipments and watch business trend
· Create and maintain marketing presentations, calendars, dossiers, and factsheets. Complete 6+ presentations and calendars for first and second half seasons, respectively.
· Support the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials for new launches producing an average of 60 customized marketing books and CDs per season for requesting regions.
· Assist in transparency orders via Graphic Systems for The Americas.
· Order images from Graphic Systems for new launches and promotions.
· Prepare and distribute public relation kits (press releases, CDs, etc.) to trade magazines for new launches and promotions. Send 30+ kits per new launch.
Requirements:
· Must have 2 years of previous Marketing experience. Sales experience a plus.
· Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
· Previous experience interfacing with Sales/Designer/Vendors preferred.
· Must be proficient in Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
· Should have knowledge of basic merchandizing.
· Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
Compensation Package:
· Base salary $35k to $40k depending on profile and experience
· Full benefits package
