Job Description
Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Reporting to: President
Objective:
Direct and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and promote the portfolio of assigned brands. Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plans accordingly. Oversee a Marketing and Training team.

· 1 International Trainer
Main Responsibilities:
· Direct and adapt marketing strategies and plans for all brands to promote their success in our region by brand, product, customer segment, geographical market and distribution channel while ensuring budget and company guidelines are respected.
· Provide support to the commercial team in the achievement of their goals.
· Provide guidance and support to our clients in brand building and the implementation of their marketing plan.
· Develop and maintain brand image. Promote the high quality image and specificity of the brands through press, media and merchandising initiatives.
· Oversee brand communications activities including external communications, internal communications, public relations efforts and external vendors.
· Direct pricing, advertising and promotional policies.
· Interact with the suppliers on marketing, merchandising, forecasting, communication and other general issues.
· Work with the commercial team and clients on interpreting and understanding the brands’ strategy and all the related details.
· Analyze sales results and report to management and to the suppliers on request.
· Issue price lists as needed.
· Research and analyze the market and the competition.
· Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve optimal cost effectiveness.
· Develop Marketing Presentations describing novelties as needed.
· Develop Promotional Plans for all brands describing the gift sets and GWPs selection.
· Manage all aspects of local production of marketing material, receipt and distribution while staying within budget.
· Present products and policies to individuals and in presentations to groups.
· Actively participate in elaboration of business plans for new brand acquisitions.
· Contribute to marketing seminars and trade shows.
· In charge of the company corporate communication, closely with Vice-President.
Regular and Promotional Stock Management:
· Work with the management and commercial team to accurate forecast regular products, novelties and promotional items.
· Oversee monthly stock replenishment order at P&L for all brands (by supplier).
· Maintain the commercial team informed of stock levels and any stock eventualities.
· Analyze client and sales team promotional orders and make necessary recommendations and adjustments.
· Monitor and promote novelty penetration to market to anticipate replenishment order of the new products.
Relationships and Roles:

· Define and communicate to the team marketing -related-policies, procedures and processes related to marketing activity.
· Ensure marketing team maintains a close relationship with the suppliers, clients and the commercial team to actively promote the brands.
· Develop a cohesive and efficient team taking the necessary steps in terms of recruiting, training, supervision, guidance, support and motivation.
· Oversee the daily activities of the marketing team.
· Participate in the strategic planning process of the organization attending monthly reporting meetings as well as other essential meetings, i.e. s, marketing meetings, staff meetings, etc.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree
· 5 years in the Luxury or Consumer Goods industries
· Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus).
· Proficient with MS Office, STRONG SKILLS WITH EXCEL !!
· Familiar with multicultural and international environment
· UP-TO-DATE US work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, H1B Visa,…)
Compensation:
· $55k to $65k annual base gross salary
