Job Description
Title: Sales Administration Assistant
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
· Oversee sales procedures for assigned area
· Administrative liaison with Regional Sales Manager
· Follow up Regional Sales Manager sales visit with regular phone call to retailer
· Enforce policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction
· Compile and distributes weekly reports in order to meet sales target
· Monitor and control backorder
· Coordinate and prioritize new collection dispatch
· Track inventory, process order and ensure warehouse liaison
· Resolves order and inventory problems by using internal system
Requirements:
· 1-3 years relevant experience
· Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
· Detail oriented and highly organized and with good analytical skills
· Must be very computer literate
· Self-motivated with a keen enthusiasm
· Team player with a customer service approach to job performance
· Spanish and/or French speaking a plus.
Compensation:
· $30k to $35k base salary
· Full benefits package
