Job Description
Title: Sales Department Manager
Location: Miami, Florida, USA
Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support
· Design and implement sales support tools to ease and improve the sales people’s role (mapping, visit reports…)
· Conduct performance analysis (done versus planned…)
· Design and coordinate sales documents and news to clients
· Manage a database of clients & prospects to better target and manage the sales efforts
Sales Strategy
· Give an input on sales strategies
· Ensure sales strategies are being followed by implementing relevant procedures and following up on them
· Coordinate with other departments
Customer Services and Order Taking
· Manage the 3 people department by distibuting and following up on responsibilities
· Coordinate with warehouse to facilitate orders and stock planning
Promotional Events
· Elaborate with the marketing department a yearly plan of promotional events (not including products launches)
Analysis
· Conduct on demand analysis
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Sales/Marketing preferred.
· Relevant previous experience
· Very strong with EXCEL
· Bilingual English / French strongly recommended
· Ability to manage 3 to 4 people
Compensation Package:
· Base salary to be determined
