Job Description
BUDGET
· Follow-up of co-op budget for all markets: credit note submissions and requests
· Management of incentive program for eligible retailers: obtaining sales results and proofs, quaterly updates on incentive results to retailers and sales team, credit note submissions
· Implement and manage the incentives program for eligible retailers: concept, quarterly updates, credit note submissions.
MEDIA
- Co-op:
- responsible for gathering and updating publications’ data from retailers (technical specificities, dates of insertion)
- responsible for requesting and delivering visuals to publications, as approved in media pla
- Panregional press:
- provide regular information to press contacts (press kits, press releases), assist in organizing regular presentations and meetings with press contacts, and answer press requests.
- assist in requests for photo shoots and editorials.
· Collect media advertisements and editorials for reporting to APLB and APNA.
MERCHANDISING
· Responsible for ordering and accounting for POS material in all markets (PLV, duratrans…) in coordination with sales team
· Monitor market’s trend and competition to propose relevant brand presence for the area (hotel partnership…)
EVENTS
· Assist in event planning and execution
· Responsible for updating the “book of events” for reporting to APLB and APNA
MARKETING MATERIAL
· Ensure optimal inventory of marketing material for the office (press kits, gifts, bags…)
· Ensure proper organization and filing of marketing material in office and marketing server
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree preferred
· 3 years in the Luxury or Consumer Goods industries
· Open to travel (25% to 30%)
· Bilingual English and Spanish (French and/or Portuguese a plus).
· Proficient with MS Office, STRONG SKILLS WITH EXCEL !!
· Familiar with multicultural and international environment
· UP-TO-DATE US work authorization (US Citizenship, Green Card, H1B Visa,…)
Compensation Package:
· Base salary: $55-$60K
· Employer-paid – Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance (25K).
· 6% dollar for dollar match on the 401k
· Profit Sharing
· 4 weeks of vacation
· Company discount on products after 1 year of service
