Our client for this position is one of the most high end and most famous fashion brand worldwide. The position is for their store the Bal Harbour Shops. This store is one of the few flagships they have.
Job Description
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Department Manager in the highest end of luxury retail and with very strong organization skills.
Objective:
Responsible for overall management of store’s operations, staff, merchandise and customer service. The operations Manager will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams and developing associates as needed.
Essential Duties:
· To support the selling function of the boutique by managing the areas of operations including, but not limited to, human resources, cleaning, maintenance, security, supply, deposits / banking, training, POS systems and communication systems
· To ensure that all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all personnel
· To assist all departments in establishing organizational and systematic approaches to their goals
· To ensure that all associates are trained in all operational policies and procedures and are kept up to date as required
· Preparation of combined monthly reports for regional VP, including productivity, demographics, scheduling
Requirements:
· 5 to 7 years previous experience in a retail setting with emphasis on operations, store management or office administration
· College degree or equivalent (Bachelor a strong plus)
· Conversational Spanish highly appreciated
· Computer literate
