Job Description

 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Area Managers responsible for Travel Retail Canada, USA and Mexico

 

·    Salesgirls trainings – coordination with team

 

Coordinate the creation, adaptation and translation (when needed) of all training material, editorial and sales argumentation with other trainers and Account Executives.

Schedule all trainings with clients according to needs, starting from a calendar proposal for the full year.

Coordinate the training gifts to be sent at least 2 months in advance (if possible with the clients’ order)

Create/update database for all sales girls with contact information and personal with details (such as favorite products, uniform size, etc.)

Letters awarding them for their good performance, and/or motivating them to improve their sales.

Ensure that our Bas have uniforms and ALL selling tools needed to successfully meet their goals and improve our sales (blotters, testers, consumer incentives, etc.).

Organize all training seminars for the Essence Division together with the Clarins training team.

Create report after each training to direct Supervisors with all important comments, ideas, solutions and pictures.

Follow up on all visuals to be changed and/or samples to be sent or any other issues to improve sales in stores.

 

·    Merchandising, in store visits and improvement

 

Help Marketing create merchandising planograms for each POS, that can be helpful for all BA’s.

Make sure to request clients for store visits with anticipation, by sending availability and needed documents for airport clearance.

Implement merchandising guidelines in stores in every visit.

Train sales girls on how to keep the merchandising well done and on how to adapt to different stock levels.

Help MKT keep transparency log updated

Help Sales and MKT teams keep their database of POS material needed for different types of events (windows, HPPs, SPPs) per location.

Take pictures of the good merchandising in stores for our files and suppliers.

Constantly get information from stores on the competition (any events, actions, contests, activities, incentives, new products, new successful ideas etc)

Always try to get new opportunities for better spaces, exhibition and location in the stores (with managers, BA’s, buyers
